Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What currencies do you support?
EUR, USD and SEK are shown as list prices. Paddle (our merchant of record) handles checkout and currency conversion in 30+ currencies at the point of sale, including local payment methods, VAT and sales tax.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a free evaluation trial with no credit card required. After the trial ends you have a 7-day grace period to pick a plan before your account moves to read-only mode. Start your trial →
Can I get an invoice?
All plans receive automatic VAT-compliant invoices via email. Annual plans on Team and Business can be paid by bank transfer with PO. Contact us to set this up.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your conversations and project data any time. After cancellation your data is retained read-only for 30 days, then permanently deleted unless you reactivate. See our Privacy Policy.
Is Virtual Customer GDPR-compliant?
Yes — we operate under Swedish/EU law (Valiquest AB, Stockholm), data is stored in EU regions by default, and we sign DPAs with Team and Business customers on request. See our DPA and Security overview.
